Napaway Coach, the launch customer of Butterfly-Motorcoach seating, and Black Tie Bus Charters announced their partnership at the Busworld North America conference in Detroit, MI last week.
Black Tie will add two co-branded Prevost H3-45 luxury motor coaches, utilizing the proprietary Butterfly® convertible seating system, to their North Carolina-based charter fleet.
The Butterfly-Motorcoach proprietary seating system, developed for Napaway, consists of 18 private suites; each suite contains a pair of extra-legroom seats that can be folded down to create a single 6.5-foot-long bed. These executive seats can also be used individually for a total capacity of 36 passengers, giving operators the flexibility on how the coaches can be utilized.
“We would like to congratulate our partner Napaway on their first partnership agreement,” says Lars Rinne, CEO of Butterfly. “The rave reviews and media attention that Butterfly® suites received since the start of Napaway’s operations in June 2022 had been very encouraging. We are excited to support Napaway and Black Tie in bringing comfort to more passengers with a versatile fleet enabled by our patented convertible suites.”
Napaway, which is known for its sleeper coach charters and sports transportation services, currently offers charters as well as a line-run service between Washington DC and Nashville, TN.
Black Tie Transportation & Bus Charters is one of North Carolina’s premier passenger ground transportation providers with a fleet of over 80 vehicles, from sedans to luxury motor coaches.
